Justin Eisenberg currently serves as Managing Director for Conquest Recruiting. In this role, he builds upon his over 20 years of experience working in both corporate and third-party roles recruiting professionals ranging from C-level executives to highly skilled individual contributors.
Justin began his recruiting career in IT before expanding into the Biotechnology industry. Since beginning his career, he has increased his focus from Technology to broadly include other areas of his clients’ businesses, such as Operations, Finance, Marketing and Human Resources. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries and sizes from pre-IPO startups to Fortune 100 companies.
Justin’s success lies in the fact that he has worked in the corporate side of recruiting and has experienced the steps necessary to find candidates who not only possess the hard skills required for each role but also are the right fit for each unique corporate culture. Having worked on the outside of companies as a recruiter for a search firm, he has a strong appreciation of the need to help clients as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Justin resided in the beautiful state of California for his entire life until recently relocating to Arizona, where he now enjoys exploring the state’s scenic deserts and mountains. A proud father to three amazing daughters, he also enjoys spending time with his family.
