Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration and/or Marketing. This can be overridden by notable industry experience

Five to fifteen years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business development, direct sales and/or recruiting

Three plus years of experience closing large accounts C-Level networking experience Industry specific Executive Search experience is an advantage

A demonstrated ability to identify, develop and profitably win business Direct sales or business development experience in the high-end ‘Service Sector’ is preferred

Responsibilities:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT; develop and bring-in business

PROJECT MANAGEMENT; effectively lead, strategize and close each project

TEAM DEVELOPMENT; build, develop and manage a successful team

Location & Compensation:

Based in the Atlanta area, the new Managing Director will play an active role in business development activities and will ensure the crisp execution of the total business plan. This position requires a leader who will drive the organization forward in order to prepare for the competitive climate in the future, as well as a ‘coachable’ team player who is enthusiastic to learn the ConQuest Recruiting/Harvard Group International approach.
